At Peggy Concept Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
